There is a commercial on television advertising FOOD Network Spring Baking, which is on Monday nights. There is a woman by the name of Erica who is making a pastry. It looks delicious. She forgot to press down on each pastry before baking. She is very upset. She says it is nothing but dog food and tosses the whole cookie sheet into the garbage can. Does this woman not realize that there are people on the streets, children, women and men who would give their right hand for something that looked this good. It is a sin to waste food. She could have put the cookie sheet aside, started fresh, and made a fresh batch. She did not have to throw all of her pastries out. Such a waste. I will never watch Food Network again until this commercial is pulled.
