I have been contacting you for months without any responses regarding the item number in the subject line. Although it was a gift, I still feel like something needs to be done about what happened to my item.

Either it needs to be completely replaced or repaired.

Why it’s defective: The power button has completely fallen off and will not stay attached. I have charged it for over 24hrs for a full charge however I cannot open more that two bottles of wine before it starts dragging, getting stuck or totally dying and then I have to charge it yet again. Now my plug will not fit snugly in the opener. As I mentioned before I received this as a gift but it worked perfectly fine for only two months before I started having major issues.

In total I have have it for six months which includes the several months that I’ve been contacting you about it.

Please resolve this matter as soon as possible. Also please contact me as well.

User's recommendation: Don’t Buy.

Monetary Loss: $125.

Preferred solution: Replace item with a brand new, better quality and updated version one and not a refurbished or repaired one .
